QR code — unique subdomain

QR code — unique subdomain is a ready-made resource that allows accepting payments both online and at offline points, without the need to create your own website. This resource fully complies with the requirements of payment systems.

To start accepting QR code payments, log in to the WEBPAY personal account, section "QR Code" (activated by WEBPAY staff individually for each account).

Key characteristics of the QR code

The QR code is fixed and unique to a specific legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
The QR code allows for creating and paying an unlimited number of invoices.

Working with the QR code

For working with the QR code, you can use the "Download" and "Print" buttons. You can also copy the QR code image to the clipboard by right-clicking on the image → "Copy image".

Scanning the QR code leads to a payment form that will have an address of the form: https://store_name.w-p.by

Information on the payment form

The QR page will display the following information:

Company logo
Language toggle buttons, whose color can be customized to match the company's brand color
Store details provided to us during setup
Store address and operating hours (icon colors can also be customized to match the company's brand color)
Mandatory fields for the payer to fill in (amount, currency, email, product/service name)
Additional fields that can be customized to meet the company's needs (e.g., Full Name, Contract No., Phone Number, Address, etc.)

Clicking the "Payment Information" button will display general information about how the payment is processed.

Payment via QR Code

After the payer fills in all required fields, they click the "Go to the payment" button and complete the payment by entering their bank card details.

Reports

Payment results and reports can be viewed and/or downloaded in the required format in the WEBPAY personal account in the section "Reports → QR Reports". The "Additional data" column will display the data provided by the payer during the payment.
